The South Asian American Justice Collaborative (SAAJCO) is a national legal nonprofit committed to fighting alongside the South Asian diaspora in the United States for civil and human rights through impact litigation, direct legal services, and community engagement. Rooted in collaboration and partnership, SAAJCO believes in working with communities, advocates, and allies to address the evolving needs of the South Asian diaspora in the U.S. While we are in the early stages of building our work, our mission is clear: to foster solidarity and advance collective action toward a future where justice is accessible to all.
