South Play Limited is a Property Management company founded in 2007. We provide a personal service to landlords in South West London who wish to have more control over the management of their properties than using a traditional estate agent allows. We are your eyes and ears on the ground, so to speak. We believe we provide much better value for money than traditional estate agents who take a commission on rent even in those months when no involvement in the running of the property is required. With us, you only pay when you use us. And we add no commission to any tradesmen invoices. If your property is ticking over well each month, you will receive your full rent. But we are here when you need us. Even after hours.
