About South West CPM Ltd

South West CPM Ltd is a commercial property management company built by landlords, for landlords. With first-hand experience owning and managing commercial property, we understand the pressures, responsibilities, and expectations that come with holding assets - and we’ve created a service that delivers exactly what we wanted ourselves: reliable, proactive, transparent property management. Based in Cornwall and covering the wider South West, we work with landlords, investors, and developers to manage a range of commercial buildings - including multi-let office blocks, industrial estates, and mixed-use commercial premises. Whether you own a single unit or a large, multi-tenant site, we offer a professional, no-nonsense management solution designed to reduce your stress and maximise your property's performance. Our services include: - Service charge budgeting and financial management - Tenant communication, lease compliance, and issue resolution - Planned and reactive maintenance coordination - Contractor management and site inspections - Health & safety, fire safety, and statutory compliance - Rent collection, arrears management, and reporting - …and much more handled quietly and efficiently behind the scenes We’re proudly independent and take a hands-on approach to every property we manage. You won’t find layers of red tape or call centre delays - just clear communication, efficient systems, and a dedicated point of contact who treats your property like their own. We’re also committed to sustainability - not just in operations, but in how we help landlords create long-term value through efficient, well-run spaces that support modern business needs. If you're a landlord looking for a smarter way to manage your property, or a business looking for space managed by people who care, we’d love to hear from you.
