Our specialist medical workforce offers the widest range of specialist services of any sub-regional hospital in Victoria. With a recently strengthened medical workforce and stabilised range of specialties - now providing more than 150 medical, nursing, mental health, allied health and community health services - SWH has a deep and committed approach to community-centred care. SWH has over 1,550 employees, 350 registered volunteers and 350 partner staff working with us to deliver care and wellbeing outcomes across our services.
