About Southeast Land and Water Management

Southeast Land & Water Management is Florida’s trusted partner in lake, pond, and preserve management. We provide science-based, results-driven environmental solutions designed to protect water quality, maintain ecological balance, and enhance the long-term value of the properties we serve. Our clients include HOAs, condominium associations, property managers, golf courses, municipalities, and commercial property owners throughout Florida. We understand that healthy waterways and well-maintained preserves are more than aesthetic features — they are critical assets that impact property values, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and environmental sustainability. With decades of industry experience, our team specializes in proactive lake management programs, aquatic vegetation control, water quality testing, fountain and aeration system maintenance, shoreline stabilization, invasive species removal, and preserve restoration. We focus on addressing root causes rather than simply reacting to visible symptoms, helping our clients reduce emergencies, prevent costly disruptions, and achieve measurable, long-term results. Our approach is built on professionalism, accountability, and clear communication. We provide reliable service schedules, detailed reporting, and transparent recommendations so boards and property managers can make informed decisions with confidence. At Southeast Land & Water Management, we believe healthy water doesn’t happen by chance — it’s the result of thoughtful planning, consistent monitoring, and experienced execution. We are committed to protecting Florida’s unique ecosystems while delivering dependable service and sustainable outcomes for every community we partner with. Clearer water. Stronger communities. Lasting results. 🌿💧
