About Southeast Studios Inc

Southeast Studios Inc is an architecture, design, and planning firm with offices in the Atlanta area. It was founded by two architects with over three decades of experience each, and following 12 years of collaboration on many projects. SSI specializes in medium sized commercial projects with particular recent experience in damage repair design & documentation, code upgrades, and modernization of dated multi-family and mixed-use communities. We specialize in medium sized, light frame buildings. Our team has experience in mixed use complexes, attached multi-family projects (including apartment flats & townhomes), community clubhouses, offices, retail, restaurants & bars, branch banks, storage buildings, interiors, day care & educational facilities, medical & dental offices. Please check our web site and contact us for details. Recently we carried mixed-use, live-work, and modernization projects successfully through complex rezoning and permitting procedures in the City of Atlanta, City of College Park, and Dekalb County, Georgia. Other projects have involved documenting damaged buildings for insurance and other purposes. We have particular knowledge of practical construction, zoning & planning requirements, building codes, and life safety codes compliance from our principals' experience as Registered Architects of more than thirty years in the field apiece. We design and create construction documents to get them priced, permitted, and built. Call now so we can assist you.
