Southern Gas Corridor Closed Joint Stock Company (SGC) was established to consolidate, manage and finance State’s (the Republic of Azerbaijan) interests in the full-field development of the “Shah Deniz” gas-condensate field, the expansion of the South Caucasus Pipeline, construction of the Trans Anatolian (TANAP) and Trans Adriatic (TAP) Pipelines.
