About Southern Homes, LLC

Southern Homes was founded by Adrian Kornman in 1990 and quickly became one of the Gulf Coast’s largest and most successful homebuilders. Southern Homes is committed to providing its customers with the optimum in quality construction, design and customer service. Our professionals put a lot of thought into every detail of your home, from buying the land to servicing your warranty. We pay attention to the things that are most important to you. But what truly sets Southern Homes’ neighborhoods apart is design excellence. Through customer input and our own imagination, new ideas emerge and designs are improved. Our interiors have open designs, where one room adjoins another to create a feeling of spaciousness. Our exteriors are traditionally inspired, featuring plenty of windows, multiple rooflines and brick and low maintenance siding for lasting durability. Homebuyers and Realtors alike recognize us for unmatched home design from our award-winning designs to smart color schemes to distinctive exteriors. After all, at Southern Homes, design is the difference. In addition to building an excellent home, Southern Homes takes great pride in the quality of their neighborhoods. We build in the finest suburban locations and our neighborhoods create a pleasant and wholesome atmosphere for the entire family. Our neighborhoods are near excellent schools, parks, shopping and medical facilities. You can purchase a Southern Homes with the confidence you’re getting the best new-home value for your money. A number of our customers have previously owned a Southern Home, a fine testament to our integrity and reputation.
