About Southern Manufacturing

Since 1938, Southern Manufacturing has been providing specialty products for the nation's infrastructure. Today, the company offers the broadest line of internally illuminated street name signs, blank-out signs, lane control signs and custom enclosures in the industry. As a pioneer in the use of LED light strips in illuminated street name signs, thousands of Southern Manufacturing signs have been installed nationwide. Whether you are housing sensitive electronics outdoors for traffic controllers, intelligent traffic systems, CCTV, lighting, or solar systems, Southern can provide a NEMA 3R or NEMA 4 enclosure to meet your needs.
