About Southern States Architectural Sales

Southern States Architectural Sales (SSAS) has been proudly representing industry-leading manufacturers since 2011. We partner with innovative brands to deliver reliable solutions for educational, commercial, and institutional spaces across the Southeast. Currently, we represent Scranton Products and Platinum Visual Solutions, bringing their high-quality offerings to architects, designers, and contractors throughout the region. At the helm is President Matt Wilhelm, whose career in construction and design has built a strong foundation of both practical knowledge and strategic insight. Under Matt’s leadership, SSAS has earned a reputation as a trusted extension of the manufacturers we represent—committed to driving business growth while supporting our clients with the expertise they need to succeed. As a manufacturers’ rep firm, we do more than connect products to projects—we act as business development partners. Our team leverages years of market experience, deep product knowledge, and long-standing industry relationships to help manufacturers expand their reach, while providing architects, designers, and contractors with the resources, education, and support they need from concept through completion. Whether it’s assisting with specifications, providing CEU presentations, offering product recommendations, or coordinating logistics, SSAS is dedicated to making every project a success. We pride ourselves on being a reliable partner to both manufacturers and the A&D community, building lasting relationships that fuel growth, innovation, and excellence.
