About Southview Timberland Investments

Southview Timberland Investments is a real assets investment manager providing registered investment advisors, family offices, and accredited investors with direct access to Southeast U.S. timberland through a disciplined and transparent investment approach. We focus on acquiring and managing mid-sized timberland properties in markets where information advantages, local expertise, and hands-on execution can drive value beyond traditional timber returns. These mid-sized assets often sit below the institutional radar, creating an attractive and under-served segment of the market. Our strategy integrates active forestry management, diversified non-timber income streams, and selective land sales based on highest-and-best-use potential. Our objective is to serve as a trusted partner and long-term steward of investor capital, delivering a differentiated real asset allocation rooted in fundamental value and responsible land management.
