About Southwest Elevator Company

Southwest Elevator Company is a leading independent, unionized, national provider of elevator and escalator repair, maintenance, modernization, and new construction services. The company was founded in Fort Worth, Texas by current Chief Executive Officer and experienced elevator technician Tom Cavinder. In addition to our leadership team, Southwest Elevator Company is comprised of numerous elevator repair technicians certified by the National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) and who receive ongoing education throughout the year. As a small company, we believe that service is everything. Whereas other elevator companies provide standardized, out-of-the-box services and solutions, Southwest Elevator Company provides only customized solutions for our clients’ needs. We tailor every repair and maintenance program, modernization initiative, and new construction project according to our clients’ budget parameters, project details, and preferences — ensuring that their elevator system meets their goals now and for years to come.
