About Spa Sense Consultants

Spa Sense is a formidable team. Drawing on 30 years of collective experience in spas, we have an immense passion for the spa industry and work unfailingly to provide world class service to any client. Whether you are building a new spa, wanting to improve an existing spa or salon or looking for ideal staff, Spa Sense can offer expertise and insight into all areas of your business. As we have had extensive hands-on experience in the industry both locally and abroad the knowledge and value we offer is simply priceless. We work with many spas improving their operating systems, developing their brands, training and recruiting their staff and in turn increasing their monthly turnover. We offer a turn-key operation and can assist in any arena of the spa business. From a training perspective we are able to offer full management, front office, standard operating procedures and retail training modules that can be implemented into massive day spas or smaller high street salons with maximum impact. Recruitment is a large part of our portfolio and we offer a niche service to our clients and candidates alike. We meet; interview and trade test each and every candidate and personally meet every client so as to ensure we place the correct person every time. Optimization is our key ingredient and we add it to all areas of the spa, from outstanding guest experience to exceptional value for the business owner.
