Space Homes jobs and careers

About Space Homes

We are a Yorkshire-based homebuilder dedicated to delivering high‑quality, sustainable homes and creating thriving communities across the region. With strong local knowledge and a commitment to building in locations where people genuinely want to live, we have built and sold thousands of homes since being established in 2002. Operating from The Place, a zero‑carbon workspace in Leeds’ Climate Innovation District, we focus on innovative construction methods and energy‑efficient design to ensure our homes are better for residents and better for the environment. Space Homes forms part of the Yorkshire Housing Group. Our open market sale and shared ownership homes are delivered through Yorkshire Housing Residential. As a charity organisation, all profits generated by Space Homes are reinvested back into Yorkshire Housing, supporting the delivery of more social and affordable homes across the region and helping to improve services for customers. We offer both full market sale and shared ownership options, and unlike many developers, we handle our shared ownership sales directly. This approach ensures a more transparent, consistent and customer‑focused buying experience. Space Homes is committed to providing an excellent customer journey, supported by on‑site sales advisors and specialist administrative teams focused on offering guidance at every stage. Our reputation for strong service and positive customer experience is reflected in continued positive feedback and reviews.
