About Spacio Design Build

Commercial SPACiO is a full service general contractor with expertise in large-scale commercial build outs in the high-end hotel, restaurant, and retail spaces. We’ve worked with elite brands - like Marriott, Nobu, Breitling, and Eden Roc Hotel – as more than just general contractors, but also as providers of comprehensive pre-construction services. We assume the perspective of a building owner, meaning we focus on identifying the most cost-effective approach to design and construct. Condominium SPACiO maintains a wealth of experience in condominium build outs and indeed accomplishes stunning design/build projects. Yet, what’s most atypical about us is that our clients enjoy an elite level of quality, at a cost that, unexpectedly, doesn’t break the bank. Overall, our approach is rooted in open dialogue. We listen. We’re proactive. We deliver on what we promise. And you always know where we stand. SPACiO knows how important the end result is to you – and we place just as much significance on the process getting there. We’re here to make it easy for you. Custom Homes SPACiO has translated its extensive experience in the condominium and high-end commercial building arenas into superior home building capabilities. We undertake select Custom Home clients, embracing a practice that spans every project need, from initial plans to final touches. More than just a General Contractor, we coordinate all involved parties, including the architect, the developer, and designer. Our role maximizes our client’s vision – we assess the feasibility of all project facets, and ensure an efficient process that always keeps cost in mind. We listen. We’re proactive. And we deliver on what we promise.
