SpareRoom was launched in 2004 and is now the world’s leading flatshare site. Since 2004 we’ve helped over 14 million people in the UK and US find homes to share and great people to share them with. We believe living with the right people beats living alone, so our mission is a simple one - to create happier flatshares. Whether people are looking for a room, have a room to fill or need to find tenants for their property, we’re here to help. We’re a modern family business, owned only by our founder and directors. That means we’re able to put our users at the heart of everything we do and we love working with humble people who bring positive energy and like to get stuff done. Our offices are a second home to all SpareRoomers and we strive to create a friendly, cooperative and relaxed environment where you can feel at ease to share ideas and see your contributions develop into company projects.
