Since it’s foundation in the year 2002, Spark Technology Group Inc provides excellent hosted IVR and integration services. In the year 2009, Spark TG Info Pvt. Ltd. was then established as one of the first cloud telephony platform provider in India. With an experience of more than 22 years in IVR development, the Spark TG team focuses on excellent user experience and is capable of handling more than a million calls a day. The Spark TG Generic Integration Framework enables an IVR system to communicate with most legacy systems seamlessly over any communication and messaging protocol. Our key service areas are the development of custom advanced inbound/outbound IVR, contact center solutions, natural language understanding, voice enabling a website, content management systems, data transformation, and legacy system integration.
