Sparkles Gift & Party Shop jobs and careers

About Sparkles Gift & Party Shop

When Sparkles Gift & Party Shop opened its doors in 2010, customers were invited to shop for every celebratory occasion, choosing from a curated selection of superior home goods and kitchenware. Sparkles’ personal service and customer-first culture fostered a uniquely enjoyable shopping experience. Expanding into online sales in 2011 meant Sparkles’ focus on providing quality products at competitive prices could now be experienced across the globe, and by 2015, Sparkles was well-established as a Top 50 Amazon Seller. Today, Sparkles is a leader in innovation, service and selection. In addition to selling top-quality brands across the home goods and kitchenware categories, Sparkles has established its own signature category-leading brands - Stock Your Home & Modern Innovations - with the goal to create better products at better prices. Our team is made up of people passionate about achieving this goal. Whether merchandise buyers or marketing analysts, logistics coordinators or sourcing associates, they work together to provide the best products, services and experiences to customers and colleagues alike. Our office culture centers around collaboration, positive communication and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. A warm and inclusive environment, team members are encouraged to share new ideas, strategies and insights. We believe in offering endless growth opportunities for our employees. This is best showcased in our senior management, many of whom joined as entry-level employees packing boxes in our warehouse, and whose strong work ethic and job excellence helped them rise to the top. The e-commerce world is constantly evolving and growing and we are at the forefront of it all. Joining our team is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate and far-reaching impact.
