About Spear & Arrow Therapeutic Pty Ltd

Spear & Arrow Therapeutic is an Indigenous-owned, NDIS registered behaviour support and disability service provider. We work alongside children, young people, and their families to create practical, evidence-based supports that make everyday life easier. Our multidisciplinary team provides Behaviour Support, Therapy, Early Intervention, and Support Coordination services that are grounded in compassion and guided by each child’s goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build confidence, connection, and independence. Whether we’re developing behaviour support plans, coordinating care, or helping families navigate the NDIS, we focus on achievable steps that lead to meaningful, long-term outcomes. As an Indigenous business, we honour the strength, stories, and cultures of the communities we serve. Our work is built on respect, education, empowerment, and perseverance, and we are committed to delivering holistic, person-centred support. With a strong focus on Autism and trauma-informed practice, we’re proud to walk alongside families as they work toward brighter, more empowered futures. Spear & Arrow Therapeutic creates brighter futures for kids, families, and communities, one step at a time.
