We specialise in autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, selective mutism, and complex communication profiles — offering clear assessments, collaborative intervention, and practical tools that help individuals thrive at home, at school, and in the community. Founded by Marisa Ciesla, HCPC‑registered Speech & Language Therapist and Neurodiversity Lead at St Catherine’s School, Speech Boom blends clinical expertise with creative resource design and family‑centred practice.
