Speed Kitchen is India’s definitive Cloud Kitchen Infrastructure enabler, built to help food brands scale rapidly without the burden of high capex, complex compliance, or real estate constraints. We provide ready-to-operate, plug-and-play kitchen infrastructure in high-density, high AOV micro-markets on a Minimum Guarantee (MG) plus revenue share model- enabling brands to go live immediately and expand seamlessly across cities. Since our launch in 2021, we have grown to 4 cities, 25+ locations, and 200+ kitchens, supporting 50+ brands including Chaayos, Wow! Momo, Biryani Blues, Louis Burger, and TFS. More than just infrastructure, Speed Kitchen acts as a growth engine-powering efficient, scalable, and delivery-optimized expansion for the next generation of food brands.
