About Spencer Group

Spencer Group are a highly focused, niche search boutique focused in three sectors; Pharmaceutical Technology, Commercial Education, and Innovation in Education. We provide detailed, sector specific insights to help inform our trusted partners’ hiring strategies. People and Progress are our passion and everything we do is based on our experience of over two decades of operation within these complex sectors. We are proud to support two industries that are fundamental to the improvement of our planet, through the development of new ground-breaking drugs, or through driving the democratisation of knowledge.
