About Spiritual Warriors

Choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. Through certified life coaching, diet, fitness, meditation and spiritual growth our clients learn to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life. In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness through working with a certified life coach and incorporating meditation into your daily life. Certified Life Coach and Meditation Instructor Joseph Bongiovi is a Certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Coaching Certification Program (https://jayshettycoaching.com/) and a licensed meditation instructor through the Chopra Center (https://chopra.com/). Joseph created Spiritual Warriors to help others achieve the wisdom its taken decades for him to achieve in a fraction of the time. Life Coaching - Through Joseph's lifetime of experience, as well as training, he is prepared to guide you to understand yourself better than you ever thought possible, effectuating positive change in your life. Life coaches help clients discover their full potential. Whether helping a client in their career or personal life, life coaches provide an objective third-party view to offer guidance and act as a sounding board. A life coach is not there to provide all the answers or do the work, but to show their client the way for them to find their own answers and the best way to accomplish their own goals and dreams. Meditation Instruction - Meditation is one of the best tools we have to counter the brain’s negativity bias, release accumulated stress, foster positive experiences and intentions, and enjoy the peace of present moment awareness.
