About Sport at the Service of Humanity

Sport for Humanity is a global faith and sport movement with a vision to see a world where we “Live Like We Play!” We combine the passion of Sport with the values and power of Faith to Serve Humanity. We are guided by our Three Pillars: INSPIRATION "Sport for Life" Inspiring and promoting the importance of Values in Sport and in Life through the sharing of ideas and inspirational stories. INCLUSION "Sport for All" Advocating for unity and inclusion in Sport regardless of race, gender, ability, and faith. INVOLVEMENT "Sport for Change" Harnessing the transformational power of sport to be a catalyst for peace, development and social change. In an age where the focus seems increasingly to be on the outcome rather than the journey, Sport at the Service of Humanity is a reminder of what really matters in life: COMPASSION. RESPECT. LOVE. ENLIGHTENMENT. BALANCE. JOY. Every person, no matter what their faith or background, has the capacity to embrace and live by these core principles, though many have forgotten their importance. By bringing them back to sport and by encouraging all athletes, and sports organizations, whether they be professional or amateur, to embrace these fundamental values, we will begin to shift hearts and minds.
