About Sports Planning Consultants

Sports Planning Consultants (SPC) is a specialist sport and leisure planning consultancy formed by Neil Allen and Carolyn Wilkinson both experienced directors within the sector. SPC works extensively with local authorities, Sport England, governing bodies of sport, education establishments and private sector partners to deliver strategic planning solutions for sport. The team offers independent sports planning advice and has delivered numerous Sports Needs Assessments, Playing Pitch and mitigation strategies, working with Sport England, local authorities and national governing bodies of sport.  Neil and Carolyn are experienced in implementing Sport England policies and mitigation approaches.  As an independent consultancy we offer tailored and flexible services to meet the needs of client teams.
