From the beginning Springfield Creamery made a name for itself as a "probiotic pioneer" by being the first yogurt sold in the united states that contained Acidophilus. Since that first cup of historic yogurt was sold Springfield Creamery has been producing "Nancy's Yogurt" now known as Nancy's Probiotic Foods.
