About SRD Technical

The energy industry needs to work harder and faster to tackle the climate crisis if it wants to remain profitable. The first immediate task for all parts of the industry is reducing the carbon footprint of their own operations. Advice is one thing - putting it into practice is another. As energy transition consultants we give you a range of resources to realise your ambitions. From manpower planning through job descriptions, recruitment and assessment, hiring and contracts administration, mobilisation and immigration and finally demobilisation, we deliver. Our adaptability and down-to-earth approach means we operate perfectly alongside your other suppliers. We can provide you with a pool of the best-qualified labour, they’ve been through an intense qualifications and right to work screening as well as our own in-house skills test procedure. Having so much experience in the energy, construction and rail industries, we always make sure not to over-promise and under-deliver, which is why we are still working with the same clients as when we started out.
