Established in 2012, the company prevents plastic waste entering the environment and supports the circular economy by giving locally sourced plastic waste new life. PET plastic, most commonly in the form of plastic bottles, accounts for over 10% of plastic waste in India. Although 90% of this is collected and recycled, the recycled PET is not up to a high standard, resulting in low levels of circularity.
