About SRM Real Estate Group brokered by eXp Realty

| People Over Profits | | What We Do | The SRM team saves home sellers and home buyers tens of thousands of dollars through our flat-fee and buyer rebate pricing models. | How We Do It | We’re an independent, broker-owned firm with real estate and mortgage services under one roof. This means we don’t pay franchise fees or split commissions with a parent company like other agents. We choose to pass these savings onto our clients. | Why We Do It | After his son’s Type 1 diabetes diagnosis, our founder, Scott Morris’, life took on new meaning. He created a purpose-driven business model to put people over profits. SRM puts people over profits by empowering and investing in our team members, clients, and the communities we serve. We do this by: - Donating to every client’s charity of choice - Donating to JDRF each time we help a home buyer or home seller - Investing in our client’s future through our unique pricing model - Working with nonprofits and community organizations to build youth education programs and increase impact in the community - Investing in the personal and professional development of our team members
