Complete repairs and overhauls of the following machinery equipment Main and Auxiliary diesel engines of: -Wärtsilä -Sulzer -MAN B&W -Pielstick -MAK -Mitsubishi -Caterpillar -Yanmar -Daihatsu Auxiliary engine room and deck equipment such as: -Turbochargers -Various type of pumps -Starting and service air compressors -Main and reduction gearboxes -Windlasses and mooring winches -Purifiers -Ship Cranes -Oil fired boilers and economizers -Refrigeration and Air Condition plants and compressors -Hydraulic systems and hydraulic cylinders 2. Machining and recondition of the following spares -Cylinder heads -Honing of cylinder liners -Pistons and piston crowns -Fuel Injectors -Fuel injection pumps 3. Overhauls , maintenances and repairs for ships electrical equipment as below: -DC and AC electrical motors with rewinding -DC and AC generators with rewinding , axial ballancing and setting after repair -Air Circuit Breakers with safety setting and testing -Electrohydraulic and electrical cargo cranes , especially Brissoneau & Lotz Marine and Towimor -Windlasses and mooring winches , especially Brissoneau & Lotz Marine and Towimor -Automation for ME , Auxiliary Engines and Auxiliary equipment as separatores , boilers ,pumps etc -Alarms and monitoring systems , fire detection , cathodic protection , heeling systems etc -Navigation equipment 4. Supervising for all electrical works during dry docking. 5.Our experienced group of welders and fitters can carry out full range of following steel repairs: -Hull repairs -Repairs and replacement of ballast tanks construction elements -Repairs of hatch covers -Full scope of steel constructions, prefabrication and production -Build any pipe constructions, manufacture and renew any model of pipes, including hot deep galvanizing -Welding and locksmith works
