About SSJ Consulting Services

HR consultancy can be rewarding but challenging, as consultants often juggle multiple roles. Admin, recruitment, and social media tasks often get pushed aside, which can slow things down. That’s where we come in! As a team, we take those tasks off your plate, allowing you to focus on growing your business and supporting your clients. 💼 HR Admin Support We help with essential HR tasks to ensure smooth operations, including: • Reviewing and updating handbooks and policies to align with legislation. • Writing contracts and documents that reflect company policies. • Mapping HR processes to streamline onboarding, performance reviews, and employee exits. • Managing HRIS systems like BreatheHR, SenseHR, Bright HR, etc. • Email cover and triaging queries during absences. 🔍 Recruitment Support We streamline recruitment, saving you time and ensuring top talent: • Writing clear, engaging job adverts. • Salary benchmarking to offer competitive compensation. • Managing ATS systems (Hireful, Workable) for efficient recruitment. • CV shortlisting and conducting telephone screenings. 📱 Social Media Support We help maintain an engaging social media presence, including: • Writing personalised content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. • Creating visual content using Canva. • Scheduling posts to reach your audience at optimal times. • Designing newsletters and sending them via Mailchimp. 💻 Helping You Focus on What Matters We support HR consultants by taking care of admin tasks, recruitment, and social media, so you can focus on growing your business and serving your clients. 👩💻 Personalised Support Think of us as an extension of your team.
