About St Mary's Catholic High School Croydon
St Mary's Catholic High School is a vibrant and inclusive school in the heart of Croydon. We opened our doors in 1851 to serve a very diverse community and we continue that to this day with large EAL and PPG cohorts among our number. Inspected in November 2021, Ofsted said we are a "deeply caring community" where "leaders expect all pupils to achieve highly". As well as Ofsted's recent 'Good' grading we were also judged 'Outstanding' for Catholic Life in our Diocesan Inspection. We are ambitious for our pupils and they are ambitious for their school.
