About St. Modwen Homes

St. Modwen Homes is an award-winning housebuilder with developments across England and Wales. We take pride in developing local communities and delivering design-led homes, having been awarded Medium Housebuilder of the Year at the 2022 Housebuilder Awards. Our core purpose as a business is ‘Changing Places. Creating Better Futures’. We’re committed to delivering high-quality homes and long-lasting communities, as well as excellent levels of customer service. We are extremely proud to have a five-star rating from the National Housebuilders Federation for customer satisfaction which shows that 96% of our customers would recommend us. Our purpose when it comes to designing our developments is not just thinking about the homes we build, but thinking about the surrounding landscapes. We are focused on innovation and the future potential of our communities, and we use the latest technology, materials, construction methods and energy sources. As a result, we can ensure that we are doing our best for our customers as well as the environment. Our homes are thoughtfully designed with our customers at the heart of all our decisions. While built by us, every St. Modwen home is shaped by our customers. We offer a selection of different living space arrangements, layouts with dedicated workspaces, and all our homes are designed to maximise daylight with higher ceilings and larger windows.
