With over 25 years of experience appraising homes in the Dallas Fort Worth area, Stafford Appraisals specializes in home appraisals in Collin County and Denton County. We perform private residential real estate appraisals for individuals as well as appraisals for banks for mortgage and refinancing purposes. Stafford Appraisals is owned and operated by Jim Stafford. Jim is a third-generation appraiser who has worked for appraisal districts, large mortgage lenders, Wall Street firms, as well as Fannie Mae and has a deep knowledge of the industry’s requirements and guidelines.
