About Stags

Established in 1874, Stags is one of the oldest and most respected firms of Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers in the South West. Today, we have a network of 21 offices throughout the West Country and are perhaps best known as a leading Estate Agent covering Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. Striving to be the first choice for vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants, we firmly believe that our local knowledge, unrivalled experience and sheer passion for property places us ahead of the competition. Our specialist agency departments include Farm Agency, Holiday Complexes, Waterside and Equestrian and we conduct a number of auctions each year. Stags Professional Services team consists of qualified Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Land Agents who are able to advise on all property issues in any given situation. Returning to our roots, we also hold regular livestock markets in South Molton, Honiton and Tavistock complemented by numerous On Site Sales throughout the year and the more recent development of online sales.
