About Stanev Potts Architects

At Stanev Potts Architects, we are deeply committed to our vocation and to our clients. Our goal is to produce beautiful and practical works of quiet innovation. As design architects who respect logistics, we work successfully and creatively within the constraints of budget, structure, zoning and code to deliver inventive solutions imbued with aesthetic appeal and efficient function. We value what works and re-think what doesn’t. We pride ourselves on giving each project focused, individual attention. Our experience level allows us to serve our clients efficiently and skillfully, while our compact size permits us to be deeply involved with each project we take on. We genuinely take our clients and their project goals to heart. We listen closely and collaborate with our clients to address their needs and express their aspirations, while maintaining a strong aesthetic sensibility and a steadfast dedication to environmental responsibility. A multi-award-winning firm, Stanev Potts received the 2013 Philadelphia Emerging Architecture Prize by the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
