About Stanhay Webb Ltd

Stanhay Webb Ltd is a British manufacturer of world-leading precision seed drills and agricultural machinery, trusted by growers of more than 250 varieties of vegetables, herbs, salads, and flowers worldwide. Specialising exclusively in precision seed drill design and production, our machines deliver unmatched accuracy and reliability. Headquartered in Bourne, Lincolnshire, at the heart of the UK’s agricultural belt, our heritage dates back to the 1950s, when we pioneered belt-drill technology for precision seeding. This later evolved into our unique thin-disc technology within the vacuum metering unit, an innovation continually refined in our latest X Series models, which offer exceptional single and multi-line planting accuracy with renowned consistency. All engineering, design, and manufacturing are carried out in-house, giving us complete control over quality and innovation. Through close collaboration with growers, dealers, and our experienced technical team, we create versatile seeding solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern agriculture.
