Our case managers have specialist skills, empowering their clients to reach their potential and engage in activities which are meaningful to them during childhood, adulthood and older age. We offer bespoke and flexible case management which is driven by the client’s needs and wishes. Case management can be long term, goal driven or short term crisis intervention.
