About Star Power Systems

What began as a simple premise – capturing and sharing the successful strategies of top-producing agents – has turned into one of the most influential organizations in real estate industry history. Since its inception, STAR POWER has raised the standard of care in the industry, and become the #1 brand in real estate education and achievement. STAR POWER Stars and members account for a large portion of market-leading agents and thriving business-owners. STAR POWER Club is now the nation’s longest-running interview series developed specifically for REALTORS. The STAR POWER Club is a monthly program delivering career-changing information from the best in the industry on topics such as marketing, scripts and dialogues, tech tips, office management and motivation. In 2009, Howard Brinton, the company's founder, passed the STAR POWER torch to Alex Charfen, one of the most recognized leaders in real estate. Since taking over the organization, Alex has integrated increased technology offerings and state-of-the-art video delivery systems to enhance the effectiveness of STAR POWER, and foster greater achievement among its members. In continuation of this tradition of excellence, Alex said: “It is my sincere belief that success can be learned and fostered. And it is my experience that those who have achieved success are incredibly open to sharing their experiences with others. Top-producers have a great wealth of knowledge, and STAR POWER is the only organization to facilitate the distribution and overall effectiveness of this wealth.” Evolving with the ever-changing real estate industry, STAR POWER is stronger than ever. Its leadership and membership have aligned behind the core values and principles established more than 20 years ago. STAR POWER is … Success Shared™.
