About Starshipit

In 2014, George Plummer, developer by trade and founder of Starshipit, met Alex Webster, owner of Coast New Zealand. Alex sold online and instore, domestically and internationally, via multiple courier companies that gave him different solutions to print shipping labels. He used multiple courier systems which sometimes meant he needed multiple computers and printers too. Fulfilment was manual, time-consuming and frustrating. George’s solution was to build one platform that supported multiple carriers and integrated with various sales platforms to make printing shipping labels and submitting documentation faster and easier. Now, Starshipit automates the entire fulfilment process, from label generation and customs documentation, to rates at checkout and customer experience. Forget chaotic, tedious or painful fulfilment processes; Starshipit has everything you need to effortlessly manage your online orders so you can spend more time working on your business, not in it.
