A longstanding term in the medical vernacular, “stat” is derived from the Latin statim, which connotes “immediately.” This reflects our focus in translational research, developing novel tools with immediate applications in clinical practice. At Stat Labs, we work alongside clinician scientists from the world’s top universities and hospital networks, developing bespoke technologies to help doctors tackle some of the biggest challenges in surgery and medicine.
