Sectional Title/ HOA owners and rental tenants can access their own levy/rent accounts and other information and documentation, such as minutes, sectional title plans, inspections, financial statements etc, online. We provide a variety of payment options for clients to make levy and rental payments hassle free, including debit orders, eft’s and Pay@ outlets. We have staff dedicated to arranging maintenance, be it emergency or only requests for quotes, and calls can be logged online 24 hours a day.
