About Staycation India

We are a team of experienced corporates and investment bankers 👔 who came together to build a professional consulting management company. The objective was to connect real estate developers 🏡 with genuine homebuyers - especially when it comes to second homes or vacation homes that are built close to nature 🌿 and are closer to their hearts. 💚 We make it easy for real estate developers to navigate the world of paperwork. Additionally, we make it easier for them to attract aspirational homebuyers with the most relevant profile. With our expertise in digital marketing, we find potential buyers of the right personas who are more likely to buy. Our recommendations in project design and marketing strategy help you fetch better prices too. We work closely with homebuyers before, during, and after the purchase process to make the entire home buying process secure and hassle-free. From recommendations of property and background checks of the real estate developer to bank loans and other kinds of paperwork, we walk you through the entire process. We also maintain your property for you on your behalf even in your absence by handling: 1. Utilities (plumbing, power supply, water supply, AC repairs) 2. Amenities (management of swimming pool, gym, sports grounds, ambulance, emergency services, etc) 3. Housekeeping (dusting, cleaning, sweeping, etc) ... so that you get to enjoy the experience of staying in your home minus the efforts in maintaining it.
