We originate portfolios of sale-leaseback transactions for institutional investors aggregating scattered single-family rentals. Utilizing data science and marketing technology we are able to identify homeowners with financial need who want to avoid a disruption in their lives. Our founders have been acquiring sale-leaseback assets since 2003.
