About Steelo Ltd - Structural Steel Fabrication

Delivering structural steel on time and without issues on site remains one of the biggest challenges in our industry. At Steelo, we focus on solving exactly that. We don’t just fabricate steel — we deliver a fully coordinated package, combining site surveys, fabrication and installation to remove delays, misalignment and costly rework. Operating from our 24,000 sq ft facility near Heathrow, we run a lean, tech-driven production system designed for speed, precision and reliability. Our in-house ERP system controls the process end-to-end — from fast, accurate quoting through to production scheduling and delivery — allowing us to maintain short lead times and dependable delivery slots. This level of control means: steel arrives when it should fits as it should and keeps projects moving Since 2009, we’ve continuously invested in technology and process optimisation, including our bespoke ERP and planning systems based on Drum-Buffer-Rope (Theory of Constraints), ensuring we stay on track even under tight programmes. Today, we support contractors across London and the South East who need more than just a fabricator — they need a partner who can deliver with certainty. Steel on site — on time, every time.
