From our two facilities, KA MATE Strategy in France and STEERVISION in the USA, we support CEOs and their Management Teams on two interrelated drivers to enhance the performance of their organizations: - Steering the execution of the strategy (and/or Transformation Plan), using our SteerVision Center™ concept. - Facilitating Management Teams to develop ownership of the strategic Objectives, ensure the exemplarity and strengthen the ExCom Dynamic.
