Our Stepping Stone Consultants will • Fill specific roles in our client’s program office on a short term or long term need; • Provide guidance /coaching to program offices to improve processes and ensure achievement of program objectives; • Facilitate and coach team building and dynamics to develop high performing teams; • Conduct Communication audits and development & implementation of communication plans. • Provide a virtual community that is rich in program management knowledge – white papers, lessons learned, success stories, and sample documents/templates.
