About STGIG

STGIG is building deep-tech employability infrastructure that creates verified, portable, and continuously updated signals of real-world work readiness. Today, education systems and labor markets remain structurally disconnected. Students graduate with credentials but without verifiable evidence of how their skills perform in real economic contexts, while SMEs face high uncertainty when engaging early-career talent. CVs, grades, and portfolios are static artifacts that do not reflect skill maturity, reliability, or progression. STGIG addresses this structural gap by introducing a trust layer between learning and economic participation. The platform continuously verifies how skills are applied, sustained, and improved through structured, compliant work engagements. Rather than matching profiles or facilitating informal gigs, STGIG transforms real work into verifiable employability signals that are trusted by organizations. Built as infrastructure, STGIG enables: Students to build trusted economic identities early SMEs to engage emerging talent with materially lower risk Institutions to support employability outcomes with compliance-by-design systems STGIG is designed in alignment with EU regulatory principles, including privacy-by-design, data minimization, and explainable AI. The platform functions as decision-support infrastructure, not a labor marketplace. Our long-term vision is to establish a global standard for employability verification, enabling fairer access to opportunity while reducing friction and risk in early-career work engagement.
