About Stichting AmbuZorg

De stichting biedt ambulante hulp in de vorm van begeleiding en behandeling aan mensen in Nederland die tussen 4 jaar en 67 jaar zijn. Onze doelgroep zijn kwetsbare mensen in de samenleving die niet vooruit kunnen in hun dagelijkse leven. De ambulante hulpverlening vindt plaats in de vorm van ambulante begeleiding van volwassenen (18+ vanuit WMO), ambulante begeleiding en behandeling jeugd (18- vanuit WJZ) en ambulante behandeling van volwassenen (18+ vanuit ZVW). In 2017 zijn wij actief in de gemeeten Krimpen a/d IJssel, Aa en Hunze, Assen, Midden-Drenthe, Noordenveld, Tynaarlo, Etten-Leur, Halderberge, Moerdijk, Roosendaal, Rucphen, Zundert, Blaricum, Gooise Meren, Eemnes, Hilversum, Huizen, Laren, Weesp en Wijdemeren.
