De Stichting Haagse Gezondheidscentra (SHG) beheert acht gezondheidscentra en vijf apotheken in Den Haag. De SHG is daarmee de grootste aanbieder van eerstelijns gezondheidszorg in de stad. De gezondheidscentra zijn centraal gelegen in de wijk en variëren in grootte. In de gezondheidscentra wordt geïntegreerde eerstelijns gezondheidszorg aangeboden door diverse eerstelijns disciplines. Dat betekent dat u door de samenwerking van de verschillende disciplines in de gezondheidscentra zorg ontvangt die afgestemd is op uw zorgvraag.
